The Zephyrhills Museum of Military History is a 501(c)(3) corporation staffed, operated and maintained solely by volunteers, 100% of all donations directly support the museum!
The museum has received several donations through the Network for Good. They will not release the name(s) of the donors so to those folks we send out a huge “THANK YOU” for your most generous contributions. As you know, we have no overhead costs or paid positions. All donations go directly to support the museum and your contributions will help upgrade several displays. Again, from the board of directors….thank you!!
The museum has initiated a remarkably successful Legacy Brick Program as a fundraiser. This $50.00 donation is an ideal way to permanently memorialize parents, relatives, or friends. Your personalized brick will be featured at the base of the museum flagpole.
One does not have to be a military veteran or spouse to obtain an engraved brick. Applications are available at the museum or downloaded below and may be mailed or dropped off at the museum. Alternatively, the application can be emailed to davef@zmmh.org and the donation made with PayPal.

DownloadDonated Artifacts: Donation of unique, original artifacts for display is a goal of the Museum. However, due to extremely limited display and storage capabilities, not every offering can be accepted.
Museum management requests that potential donations be physically reviewed at the Museum for relevancy before acceptance. Further, donors must understand that the item(s) may not be immediately displayed and could be in storage for long periods. The Museum staff periodically rotate items as displays are upgraded or new displays are created.
Finally, donors must fully understand that items donated become absolute property of the Museum when the donation form is signed. Any requests for return of the item(s) will be denied. Further, the Museum staff is prohibited from estimating the value of any donated artifact.
Loaned Artifacts: The Museum discourages accepting items on loan and will only do so based on relevancy and on an extremely limited basis. The Loan document is very comprehensive as it addresses all actions associated with the loan. Loan documents are only good for one year at which time the loan may be extended with a new loan agreement or the item will be returned to the owner. Transactions of loaned items will be fully documented and agreed to by both the owner and Museum.
Please fill out the form below if you have an artifact you would like to donate or loan. As soon as possible a representative of the museum will reach out to you! (If you have multiple items you would like to donate or loan please list them all in the item description area)
