Zephyrhills Museum of Military History

Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day

Join the Zephyrhills Museum of Military History for our annual Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day on Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with our opening ceremony beginning at 11:00 AM.

On December 7, 1941, the United States naval base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, was attacked by Imperial Japanese forces in an event that changed the course of American history and led the United States into World War II. More than eight decades later, Pearl Harbor remains an important moment to remember the service, courage, and sacrifice of the Americans who were there that day and of the generations who served throughout the war.

Each year, the Zephyrhills Museum of Military History brings the community together to help preserve that memory and connect visitors with the history behind it. This year’s event will feature reenactors and living history displays, WWII military vehicles and aircraft, skydivers, museum exhibits, and more. Visitors are invited to explore the museum, meet those helping bring military history to life, and spend the day remembering an important chapter in our nation’s past.

Participant sign-ups are now open! We look forward to welcoming back the reenactors, living historians, vehicle owners, collectors, display groups, and other participants who help make our annual events possible. Although this event centers on the history and remembrance of Pearl Harbor, participants representing all eras of U.S. military history are welcome and encouraged to attend and set up displays.

Admission and parking are FREE, so mark your calendar and make plans to join us on December 5.
